RATE SCHEDULE

Cottages at Glen Lake are rented by the week during the summer, with each cottage having varying costs, cleaning fees, and a 6% Michigan sales tax. A $250 damage deposit is required and will be returned as soon as possible at the end of the rental. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking, with the remainder due upon arrival. Please note that linens are not provided. Full weeks are only available from the last two weeks of June to the first week of September, aligning with Michigan cottage rates.
